Particles

The Simerics Particle Module enables the simulation of Particles.

Particle Module: Tracks individual particles (Using a Lagrangian Reference Frame) with the following options:

Variable Sizes and mass (including no mass),
Wall functions (Stick, Bounce, and Partial Bounce),
Two-way force coupling between particles and fluids,
Includes the effect of gravity (Weight and Buoyancy).

Post Processing:

Solution variables can be displayed on individual particles, e.g. velocity vectors, pressures, temperatures, etc.

The number of total and stuck particles can be output.
